PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping fee of $25 is included for all orders below $80. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from japanhomeeshop.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@japanhome.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
